A Commercial Advisory Company – Web Content Management
This organisation has installed an open source based Web Content Management (WCM) system to support their public facing web-sites. Originally the websites were a hand crafted mixture of HTML and JSP. This meant that they were difficult to update by content authors without the requisite skills and it also made the approval process problematic. The solution…now non technical staff can create and deploy new electronic content.
International Publishing House – Employee Information
The aim was to provide the Organisation with a solution that could be managed locally but provide for access to the information which could be shared between different Country Locations. Whilst the design and configuration of the document archive needed to eet strict business practice, the infrastructure was a bigger challenge. This was solved by providing a hosted solution with one of our Data Centre Partners, a solution which not only integrated with exisiting company systems but was totally secure and reliable.
A Metropolitan Council – Enterprise Content Management solution

The next phase will be the rollout of records management.
International Investment Bank – Document and Records Management
The requirement was to provide a self – service information service to the Employees and Trust Executives for their Pension programmes. Based in New York, London and the Far East, it was completed using a central resource which could be edited and controlled from each location to ensure the information was up to date, relevant and version controlled meeting both regulatory and compliance requirements.
